Motivate yourself with personal training

Hi, and welcome to my blog. I have been a keen follower of personal fitness for over a decade, and the biggest problem I have found for people who “drop out” is a simple one: MOTIVATION.

The wrong sort of motivation, the kind that can badly impact your personal training, is the type that is mostly negative – when a person is being told they are too fat, or too unhealthy, the negative connotations can wear that person down.

But positive motivation through personal training can be a success: the encouragement to make yourself better, the encouragement of others working alongside you, aiming for a shared goal of improved health and fitness – this is what I believe good Personal Training can give you.
